Scientists at several research centers in the U.S. have found that dieters who keep a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/07\/guest-blog-using-an-eating-journal\/\" title=\"food journal\" target=\"_blank\">food diary<\/a> lose twice as much weight as those who don&#8217;t.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s not just the act of writing down what you eat.
