It\u2019s used to help with mood. There has not been many studies to show what kinds of long-term effects it may have, and whether or not it\u2019s safe.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Yohimbe Extract: <\/strong>Evergreen tree found native to parts of Africa. It\u2019s key chemical increases blood flow and improves nerve impulses. It\u2019s used as a weight loss ingredient, and as a way to improve athlethic performance.<\/p>\n<p>Though there have been serious concenrs about its safety. Web MD mentions:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cYohimbe, taken by mouth, is POSSIBLY UNSAFE\u201d<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cYohimbe has been linked to reports of severe side effects\u201d<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This can include serious problems such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em> Difficulty breathing, uncomfortable rapid heart rate and stroke.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em> Anxiety, mood swings, and depression.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em> Kidney failure, seizure, and even death.<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These types of effects may be increased with the use of other stimulants found in OxyELITE Pro.<\/p>\n<p>The National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health also mentions:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cIt is not know whether yohimbe is effective for any health condition because clinical trials have not been conducted\u201d<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Caffeine: <\/strong>Common stimulant added to icnrase energy, metabolism, and to help suppress appetite.
