Skinceuticals Eye Balm<\/strong> does not have a great formula, and the reviews suggested a sense of disappointment after extended periods of use. For these reasons, we wouldn\u2019t recommend using this particular eye cream if you\u2019re serious about treating and preventing the more obvious signs of aging.<\/p>\n

The formula does contain some nice ingredients, and likely provides soothing benefits to people who have very dry skin. However, as far as anti-aging is concerned, we saw little evidence that this product did much at all.<\/p>\n
