He is 10-months old and loves to\u00a0WATCH me work out in my basement. Dogs are amazing animals and they\u00a0are a huge influence on my happiness. I could not imagine living without a dog because of the companionship, happy-go-lucky personalities, and loyalty they provide. If you are\u00a0not a dog lover\u00a0or are living dog free,\u00a0I strongly recommend adopting a lab or similar\u00a0breed due to all the positive qualities they possess.\u00a0For\u00a0all you\u00a0dog (or other pet) lovers out there,\u00a0I have put together a few\u00a0fitness activities\u00a0that you and your beloved pet can do together; besides playing fetch with the tennis ball or Frisbee.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Top\u00a05\u00a0Fitness Activities\u00a0For You and Your Pet<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Go for a nice stroll around the neighborhood (at least 30 to 60\u00a0minutes worth)<\/p>\n<p>2. Take them to the local\u00a0track and run\/walk the bleachers (great <a title=\"cardio\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/09\/one-month-beginner-cardio-program\/\" target=\"_self\">cardio<\/a> for you both)<\/p>\n<p>3. Swim with him\/her, I know my dog loves to swim<\/p>\n<p>4. Indoor\/Outdoor hide and seek: Have your dog sit and then go hide and call his\/her name to try and find you<\/p>\n<p>5. Go for a hike: either in the country or by the local lake<\/p>\n<p>Here is a picture of Chance working out!
