I&#8217;m guilty and it&#8217;s definitely tough to eat healthy and stay active on Saturday and Sunday, and even Monday night due to all the fun-filled action. I have put together a few ideas or thoughts that may help you make the healthier choices this <a title=\"football\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/01\/super-bowl-could-cause-heart-problems\/\" target=\"_blank\">football season<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"tailgate party\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/09\/tailgate-party.jpg\" alt=\"tailgate party\" width=\"425\" height=\"282\" align=\"middle\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Fitness Tips For Football Season<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drink plenty of water during the games (this will help decrease the ol&#8217; appetite a little bit)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Have fresh fruits and veggies available instead of chips\u00a0or other fatty foods<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Get up and move around during the commercials (stairs or few laps around the house)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>If you have a treadmill or stationary bike, place those in front of the television and work-out while spectating<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Every touchdown or field goal do push-ups\/crunches or any other\u00a0selected activity (for a\u00a0touchdown do 7 push-ups and for a field goal do 3)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul><script src=\"http:\/\/www.physicalfitnet.com\/video_syndication\/embed\/js.aspx?chid=184&amp;pid=7CD58ACC584612579209C593BF6B6F47\" type=\"text\/javascript\"><\/script><\/p>\n<li>During half-time, or before the next game starts, take the dog for a walk or play catch with the football with someone special<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Football season is a great time of the year for friend and family gatherings, please be careful and enjoy the time that you have together.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Football season is back in full swing and that means a lot of sitting around and eating like crap.
