The game will give you a chance to experience\u00a0being\u00a0a trainee in\u00a0one of Michael’s signature boot camps. You choose one of four workouts – weight loss,\u00a0strength training, interval or hill\u00a0climbing- for as\u00a0long as you\u00a0think you can take it. You also adjust the\u00a0intensity level based upon your motivation and level of\u00a0fitness\u00a0agility. Rumor has it that there is also a\u00a0“party mode” where you compete against another individual in a set amount of time.<\/p>\n

The game will also feature motion-based activities like ladder climbs, rowing and monkey bars. In addition, you’ll get to track your progress by entering your own personal data\u00a0as you work your way through the game.
