If you have celiac&#8217;s, you need a credible resource to help you eat nutritiously and avoid gluten.<\/p>\n<p>Why I like it: If you want to know about gluten-free, you need to read this book because it is written by a celiac&#8217;s disease nutrition expert.<\/p>\n<p><br class=\"clear\" \/><strong><em><a title=\"ibs free at last\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diets\/ibs-free-at-last\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-16551\" title=\"ibs free at last\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/ibs-free-at-last.jpg\" alt=\"ibs free at last\" width=\"100\" height=\"100\" \/>IBS &#8211; Free at Last<\/a>!<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>: A Revolutionary, New Step-by-Step Method for Those Who Have Tried Everything. Control IBS Symptoms by Limiting FODMAPS Carbohydrates in Your Diet<\/em><\/strong> is a book written by Patsy Catsos that provides some diet options for people with IBS that will help ease their symptoms.<\/p>\n<p>Why I like it: If you struggle with IBS, you know how frustrating it can be to deal with eating foods. You wonder &#8220;is this going to give me a problem?&#8221;. While I don&#8217;t recommend a life of counting every calorie, it can be helpful and motivational to be more aware of the calories in a typical day if you&#8217;re trying to lose weight.<\/p>\n<p><br class=\"clear\" \/><strong><a title=\"nutrition at your fingertips\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diets\/nutrition-at-your-fingertips\/\"><em><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-16552\" title=\"nutrition at your fingertips\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/nutrition-at-your-fingertips.jpg\" alt=\"nutrition at your fingertips\" width=\"100\" height=\"100\" \/>Nutrition at Your Fingertips<\/em><\/a><\/strong> is an impressively comprehensive and highly informative food information book written by Elisa Zied, R.D.<\/p>\n<p>Why I like it: think of it as a Webster&#8217;s dictionary for nutrition. It&#8217;s the ultimate resource of trustworthy information.<\/p>\n<p><br class=\"clear\" \/><strong><a title=\"baby food bible\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diets\/the-baby-food-bible\/\"><em><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-16553\" title=\"baby food bible\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/baby-food-bible.jpg\" alt=\"baby food bible\" width=\"100\" height=\"100\" \/>The Baby Food Bible<\/em><\/a><\/strong><strong><em>: A Complete Guide to Feeding Your Child, from Infancy On<\/em>, <\/strong>by Eileen Behan, gives new parents some key information on how and what to feed their babies.<\/p>\n<p>Why I like it: There&#8217;s a lot going on in your head if you are a new parent.
