Ward<\/a>, RD. Expect the Best offers information to moms-to-be so that they can receive the nutrition they need prior-to, during and after pregnancy.<\/p>\n<p>Why I like it: Parents these day want the absolute best for their kids. Why not make sure your efforts are worthwhile with this evidence-based information?<\/p>\n<p><br class=\"clear\" \/><strong><a title=\"how to eat well\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diets\/how-to-eat-well-and-not-wear-it\/\" target=\"_self\"><em><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-16637\" title=\"how to eat well\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/how-to-eat-well.jpg\" alt=\"how to eat well\" width=\"125\" height=\"125\" \/>How to Eat Well &amp; Not Wear It<\/em><\/a> <\/strong>is a book written by Nancy A. Bennett that covers how to make healthier food choices.
