Resistance bands are similar to cables, but less expensive and easy to transport.\u00a0<a title=\"dumbbell exercises\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/08\/top-10-dumbbell-exercises\/\" target=\"_self\">Dumbbells<\/a> can also be found at your local sporting goods store or online as well. The price of dumbbells vary due to their weight and size.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The workout regimen below consists of several different resistance band and dumbbell exercises that target your entire body. I recommend performing two to three sets of 20 repetitions three to five days a week. I also recommend supplementing the workout regime below with 30 to 60 minutes of <a title=\"cardio\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/01\/a-beginners-guide-to-cardio\/\" target=\"_self\">cardiovascular training<\/a> per day for three to five days a week as well.
