Called <em>Fitness Motivation, <\/em>the application features the well-known trainer doing what she does best &#8211; helping the public shed pounds and inches in a safe, effective manner.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve been a big fan of <a title=\"jillian michaels\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diets\/Jillian_Michaels\/\" target=\"_self\">Jillian Michaels<\/a> ever since I began my <a title=\"weight loss success story\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/04\/carmen-staicers-weight-loss-success-story\/\" target=\"_self\">fitness quest<\/a>. One of my dreams would be to have a session with her. Realistically, that will probably never happen &#8211; this app is the closest that I will ever get. This app covers a lot of ground, and is prefect for those who are just starting out in their fitness endeavors, or even the more seasoned. With tools to track your workouts, a distance log and a gauge to determine your calories burned, there isn&#8217;t much missing.
