So much so, that it can play head games while you are trying to manage your weight. It&#8217;s OK to do once in a while, but the general rule of thumb is to simply go by how your clothes feel. You can gain a little muscle weight, which makes you think you are at a plateau, when in reality you are getting leaner. Here&#8217;s an interesting <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dezeen.com\/2008\/03\/02\/asimovs-first-law-scales-by-alice-wang\/\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"scales\">modern art experiment<\/a> with multiple scale designs.
