Her latest tip, provided in response to a reader question at <a title=\"everyday health\" href=\"http:\/\/www.everydayhealth.com\/fitness-specialist\/desk-job-blues.aspx\" target=\"_self\">EverydayHealth.com<\/a>, has her recommending Curves for those who are stuck at a sedentary desk job.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"curves\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/07\/jillian-michaels-recommends-curves\/\" target=\"_self\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-26243\" title=\"curves\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/07\/curves.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a>The reader said that sitting all day leaves her feeling lazy, but after working a full day she&#8217;s exhausted, and she wanted to know what she could do to become less sedentary.<\/p>\n<p>Jillian responded with this question, &#8220;Is it possible to use your lunch break for physical activity, and eat at your desk when you get back? Take a walk around the neighborhood, or sign up for a quick, 30-minute class at the local <a title=\"curves\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diets\/Curves\/\" target=\"_self\">Curves<\/a>.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Sharing that she once had a desk job herself, Jillian said that she had to make exercise a priority for herself &#8220;for my physical and mental well-being.&#8221; She says that any extra activity you can fit in to your day, even if it&#8217;s just 30 minutes a few times a week, is better than nothing. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Which is why a Curves workout would be perfect for the career woman, or even a stay-at-home mom with just as little precious free time. The female-only gym has several thousand locations in the U.S. and abroad. Women attend three times a week and complete the Curves Circuit, a 30-minute <a title=\"circuit training\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/tag\/circuit-training\/\" target=\"_self\">circuit training<\/a> program that includes warm up, aerobics, strength training, cool down and stretching. Each franchise is priced differently, but it&#8217;s usually less than $50 per month.
