On the show, K-Fed lost 30 pounds, after peaking at 232 pounds.<\/p>\n<p>Federline has admitted to suffering from depression after his break up with Britney Spears, even saying that it contributed to his weight gain.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Losing weight quickly on a reality TV show doesn&#8217;t address the emotional issues that may be underneath the surface.
