He&#8217;s the same trainer behind <a title=\"Lady Gaga Diet\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diets\/lady-gaga-diet\/\" target=\"_self\">Lady Gaga&#8217;s<\/a> body.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe\u2019s getting in shape for everything&#8230;wedding, music videos, touring, etc.,&#8221; said Pasternak of the star. \u201cShe works out as often as she can. She\u2019s a busy woman but her goal is five times a week.\u201d The 5-Factor workout is a five-station circuit that works each part of the body for five minutes. The intense workout only takes 25 minutes, perfect for a girl on the go.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nPerry also switched to a healthy pre-wedding eating plan, which meant giving up her favorite fast foods. \u201cMy fave things include barbeque chicken chop at CPK Chinese, chicken salad at Chinchins&#8221; and &#8220;my beloved double double at In-N-Out Burger,\u201d Katy told <a title=\"Katy Perry Diet\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ok.co.uk\/celebnews\/view\/19973\/Katy-Perry-adds-mushrooms-to-the-bizarre-list-of-celebrity-diet-foods\/\" target=\"_blank\"><em>OK!
