As many people were, Mark was a high school athlete, but the start of a college lifestyle, including little exercise and poor eating habits, caused Mark to begin putting on weight. The big turning point came for Mark while his father was fighting cancer, his grandmother passed away, and he lost his job. On top of watching his younger brother follow his footsteps, Mark is ready to turn around the entire family.
