Lately I have been swimming in the ocean too. The water has been real calm in Florida this summer and it\u2019s real flat.&#8221; But the <a title=\"The Tennis Player's Workout\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/06\/the-tennis-players-workout\/\" target=\"_self\">tennis player<\/a> confesses that she hates doing elbow planks, also know as prone holds, that work the core muscles. &#8220;I don\u2019t like planks,&#8221; says Venus. &#8220;I don\u2019t like slow and tedious exercise. Ones that you have to do on both sides.
