Sara Rue will host the show, herself a recent diet success story. She lost 50 pounds on the <a title=\"Jenny Craig Diet\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diets\/Jenny_Craig\/\" target=\"_self\">Jenny Craig<\/a> system, and is sure to be an inspiration to the couples.<\/p>\n<p>Engaged couples will compete to lose weight and win the <a title=\"The Wedding Day Diet\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diets\/the-wedding-day-diet\/\" target=\"_self\">wedding<\/a> of their dreams. Individual challenges will be rewarded with smaller pieces of the marriage ceremony, like wedding bands or flowers.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->The casting directors are looking for couples with competitive spirit who are motivated to exercise their way to the win. This is the last week of casting.
