I am a huge fan of spicy tuna, spicy shrimp, and spicy salmon rolls. I&#8217;m getting hungry just thinking about it!!<\/p>\n<p>Today, I am going to teach you how to make your favorite healthy\u00a0sushi roll at home.<\/p>\n<p>First, you need chopped\u00a0raw tuna steak, shrimp,\u00a0or salmon and mix them with a spicy low calorie sauce (I use a combination of two tablespoons of\u00a0sriracha and a teaspoon of wasabi) in a large dish. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Next, take your already cooked Japanese short grain rice (the stickiest kind of rice) and spread it evenly on the non-shiny side of the nori (<a title=\"Seaweed's Secret Weight Loss Ingredient\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/04\/seaweeds-secret-weight-loss-ingredient\/\" target=\"_self\">edible seaweed<\/a>). You can either eat the sushi roll with rice on the inside or rice on the outside; totally your call.<\/p>\n<p>Then, take the tuna, shrimp, or <a title=\"Genetically Engineered Slamon May Be Coming\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/06\/genetically-engineered-salmon-may-be-coming\/\" target=\"_self\">salmon<\/a> and place it in a small line, along with any extras, like Japanese cucumbers, scallions, sesame seeds\u00a0or avocado. Lastly, use a sushi mat, found at most grocery stores, to quickly roll the roll into a nice round circle. Use a sharp knife to evenly cut the roll into pieces. Then top each piece with a bit more of the spicy tuna, shrimp, or salmon to finish off the delicious dish. Yummy!!<\/p>\n<p>To make a spicy tuna\u00a0roll, check out\u00a0the recipe below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sushi Dipping Sauce:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 small shallot, minced<\/li>\n<li>1 inch ginger, shredded<\/li>\n<li>1 clove garlic, minced<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup rice vinegar<\/li>\n<li>2-3 tablespoons\u00a0 sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon wasabi<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon sriracha hot sauce<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tablespoon corn starch<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup white wine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tuna Roll:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 small tuna steak (1\/3 &#8211; 1\/2 lb)<\/li>\n<li>3 cups cooked sushi rice with 3 tablespoons seasoned (mirin) rice vinegar stirred in<\/li>\n<li>3 half sheets nori<\/li>\n<li>sesame seeds to coat<\/li>\n<li>wasabi on the side (for taste)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What&#8217;s your favorite sushi roll?
