I am going to have you rate your <a title=\"physical activity\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/category\/fitness\/\" target=\"_self\">physical activity<\/a> on a daily basis.\u00a0The physical activity guidelines state that an individual should exercise at least thirty minutes a day for\u00a0three to five days a week. That is just a guideline though; recommendations for physical activity are as follows: forty-five to sixty minutes of exercise for five to six days a week. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"Verdana;\">These guidelines and recommendations are tough to achieve and will definitely take a lifestyle change if you have not already done so. The daily rating scale is as follows: <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"Verdana;\">Each day is worth 20 points:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"Verdana;\">If you exercise for an hour you get 20 points<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"Verdana;\">If you exercise for forty-five minutes you get 15 points<\/span><!--more--><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"Verdana;\">If you exercise for thirty minutes you get 10 points<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"Verdana;\">Anything less than thirty minutes\u00a0you get 5 points and 0 points for not exercising.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"Verdana;\">There is a total of 120 points:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"Verdana;\"><strong>115 to 120 points:<\/strong> You\u00a0have Superior work ethic and will lower your risk of heart disease and obesity tremendously<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"Verdana;\"><strong>90\u00a0to 110 points:<\/strong> You have Great work ethic and will lower your risk of heart disease and obesity<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"Verdana;\"><strong>60 to 85 points: <\/strong>You have Good work ethic, but need to increase either the length of your work-outs or frequency of them to achieve a higher level of fitness. You are definitely still lowering your risk of heart disease and obesity though.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"Verdana;\"><strong>55 points\u00a0or lower:<\/strong> You have an average work ethic and need to bump it up a little bit if you want to increase your level of fitness as well. Do it gradual though, add a few more minutes to your daily work-outs or add a few more days of exercise into the mix.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"Verdana;\">Keep up the good work and I hope you all are at the SUPERIOR work ethic level!!
