By buying in bulk you will save money in the long run and make fewer trips to the store!<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-31692\" title=\"shopping cart\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/shopping-cart.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"222\" height=\"250\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Once you&#8217;ve got your meals portioned out, whether for yourself or a whole family, add your favorite sauces to the bag with a tad bit of oil. The more variety in your sauces or seasonings and you will feel like you are having a different dinner every night! I will note, when buying <a title=\"sauce recipes\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/recipes\/categories\/sauces-and-condiments\/\" target=\"_self\">sauces and condiments<\/a> from the store, I look for those with 40 calories per serving and that have two grams of sugar or less.<\/p>\n<p>When you get home after a long day of work, all you have to do is toss them in the oven and add your favorite veggies and some brown rice.
