Sometimes, though, it can be a struggle to drink just one more glass of plain water.<a title=\"hint water\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/10\/we-love-hint-water\/\" target=\"_self\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-33259\" title=\"hint water\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/hint-water1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"174\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>When you are out doing errands or at lunch with friends, it can be tough to find a beverage that&#8217;s not full of <a title=\"High Fructose Corn Syrup\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/09\/high-fructose-corn-syrup-101\/\" target=\"_self\">high fructose corn syrup<\/a> or is artificially sweetened. Sometimes, you want something with just a little flavor that won&#8217;t be a dietary bomb. That&#8217;s the theory behind <a title=\"HINT water\" href=\"http:\/\/www.drinkhint.com\/\" target=\"_self\">HINT water<\/a>. The website tag line says it all: <strong>Drink water, not sugar.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>From their website: <em>The idea behind Hint is simple: pure water, nature&#8217;s original  refreshment, accented with a hint of natural flavor. No sugar, no  artificial sweeteners: Hint is a refreshing alternative to sodas, juice  and other sweetened drinks and it tastes great.<!--more--><\/em><\/p>\n<p>With such flavors as Blackberry, Cucumber, Watermelon, Honeydew-Hibiscus, Mango-Grapefruit and Raspberry-Lime, HINT Premium Essence Water contains no sweeteners (neither artificial or natural). They have no added sodium and are lightly flavored waters with no calories.<\/p>\n<p>Sounds too good to be true, yes? I bought several flavors of HINT and sampled them. I am happy to report that each and everyone I tried (Lime, Blackberry, Mango-Grapefruit, Pear, and Pomegranate-Tangerine) was delicious and exactly as promised. They were very light and flavorful with no aftertaste. My favorite was probably the Mango-Grapefruit, with the Lime as a very close second.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s easy to add a bit of fruit to your water while you are at home. It can be more difficult to find a healthy, yummy alternative that doesn&#8217;t make you feel as if you are abstaining, especially if you are trying to avoid sodas. Sold at Starbucks, <a title=\"The Whole Foods Diet\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diets\/the-whole-foods-diet\/\" target=\"_self\">Whole Foods<\/a>, Jewel, Fresh Market, Harris Teeter, Giant-Eagle and online by the case at Amazon, this is a beverage you can feel good about adding to your lunch, your child&#8217;s lunch, or as a sweet afternoon thirst quencher.<\/p>\n<p>Have you tried HINT water?
