You can make <a title=\"Healthy Tacos\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/recipes\/turkey-corn-tacos-with-fresh-salsa-and-beans\/\" target=\"_self\">healthy tacos<\/a> with low-fat beef or turkey, lots of healthy veggies and beans, and whole wheat tortillas. But <a title=\"Taco Bell Diet\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/01\/taco-bells-drive-thru-diet\/\" target=\"_self\">Taco Bell<\/a>&#8216;s effort to top the XXL Chalupa with reduced-fat sour cream isn&#8217;t enough to turn this monster into something that&#8217;s good for you.<\/p>\n<p>This taco boat is loaded up with 650 calories worth of <a title=\"Taco Bell Beef\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/01\/lawsuit-says-taco-bell-doesnt-use-real-beef\/\" target=\"_self\">ground beef<\/a>, &#8220;red strips,&#8221; nacho cheese sauce and three cheese blend&#8211;and a minimal amount of salsa and lettuce. The mysterious &#8220;red strips&#8221; are pretty much strips of corn chip that have been pumped full of artificially coloring.
