Leslie Alison, coach and choreographer, says\u00a0her elderly students\u00a0master all the same\u00a0choreography as people half their age. Although many of the dancers have a background in dance and fitness, there is also a large number who do not. They meet for 2-3 hours, twice a week and report feeling healthier, energized and more <a title=\"5 Nutrition Tips for Boosting Brain Power\" href=\"..\/11\/5-nutrition-tips-for-boosting-brain-power\/\" target=\"_blank\">mentally alert<\/a>.\u00a0Susan Faulkner, hip hop dancer,\u00a0says, &#8220;this is like another opportunity to be young again.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Regular exercise reaps plenty of rewards for everyone.
