Not one to eat bad-tasting diet foods, the chef credited his weight loss to eating large quantities of sardines. Although many people don&#8217;t care for these oily little sea creatures, Brown finds them tasty and enjoys their nutritional benefits.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey\u2019re delicious and amazingly healthy,&#8221; he said in an interview with the Monterey Bay Aquarium. &#8220;I\u2019m also a fan of eating lower on the marine food chain and sardines fit the bill. They also have a healthy does of <a title=\"Calcium Benefits\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/01\/calcium-the-wonder-mineral\/\" target=\"_self\">calcium<\/a>, phosphorus and vitamin B3.
