Typically it&#8217;s about 90 calories for a 6oz-8oz serving.<\/p>\n<p>Take one serving of the yogurt and mix in 1 Tbsp. of a reduced- or low-sugar fruit preserve (I LOVE strawberry). Most of the preserves I have found are about 30 calories per Tbsp.<\/p>\n<p>So there you have it: A 120 calorie yogurt that you made yourself for far less than you would buying a single serving yogurt anywhere and you&#8217;ll get the benefits of less sugars and carbs and more protein!
