It looked so good, and Bob&#8217;s reaction to the scrumptious dish made all of you hungry for the recipe. So, a big shout out and gracious thank you to <a title=\"ed biggest loser\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/08\/biggest-loser-6-ed-brantley\/\" target=\"_self\">Ed Brantley<\/a> for sharing his personal recipe with all of us at DietsInReview.com.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/10\/heba-and-ed-grand-canyon.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-1666\" title=\"heba-and-ed-grand-canyon\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/10\/heba-and-ed-grand-canyon-200x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 package ground turkey<\/li>\n<li>1 clove of chopped garlic<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. of minced fresh ginger<\/li>\n<li>2 Tbsp. light soy sauce<\/li>\n<li>1 carrot, peeled and minced<\/li>\n<li>6 scallions, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li>7 sprigs cilantro chopped<\/li>\n<li>4 limes, juiced<\/li>\n<li>Sriacha chili sauce (can be purchased at a local Asian market or international food section in the grocery)<\/li>\n<li>1 Tbsp. sesame oil<\/li>\n<li>1 red bell pepper finely diced<\/li>\n<li>1 cucumber, peeled, de-seeded and julienned<\/li>\n<li>1 head Boston lettuce<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup roasted, unsalted peanuts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Instructions<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Brown turkey, place in refrigerator to cool.<\/li>\n<li>Once cool, mix all ingredients (except: pepper, cucumber, lettuce and peanuts) in a bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Allow to marinate overnight, or 3-4 hours for best taste.<\/li>\n<li>Serve mixture in lettuce cups with cucumber, pepper and peanuts for garnish.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>During last week&#8217;s episode of Biggest Loser, Ed and Heba prepared Thai Turkey Wraps as a thank you for their trainer, Bob Harper.
