This will allow you to get your needed exercise without a shower or a\u00a0change of clothes. Obviously, by not sweating you are not getting the heart rate up for a good <a title=\"cardio workout\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/06\/top-10-cardio-exercises\/\" target=\"_self\">cardio\u00a0workout<\/a>, but\u00a0a short, sweat-free workout is better than no workout. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>I feel that eating a quick lunch and then going for a brisk walk to the park or even just around the building is better than driving to a fast food joint; all while\u00a0loading up on fat and carbohydrates then driving back to the office just to sit around some more. What if you\u00a0packed a low fat sandwich,\u00a0a fruit, a veggie, and a healthy beverage\u00a0at least three days a week and then\u00a0exercised for the remaining\u00a0time. Nothing strenuous, just a short,\u00a0simple, and sweat-free workout.<\/p>\n<p>Here are a few strategies to help you:<\/p>\n<p>1. Take a sack lunch to work and eat it while walking.<\/p>\n<p>2. Eat quickly and hit the stairs for the remaining time.<\/p>\n<p>3.
