He got his bachelor and master&#8217;s degree from the <a title=\"University of Oklahoma\" href=\"http:\/\/www.eduinreview.com\/school-search\/colleges\/university-of-oklahoma\/\" target=\"_self\">University of Oklahoma<\/a>. Don didn&#8217;t have a weight problem when he was younger, but he started gaining weight when he joined the police department. Don underwent lap band surgery in 2004, but it didn&#8217;t help him shed the excess weight.
