Make activity part of the day\u2019s festivities by playing a game of touch football or Frisbee or organizing an indoor scavenger hunt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kick up your heels<\/strong>.\u00a0 Spend more time on the dance floor at your next company function\u2014and less time at the hors d\u2019oeuvres table.\u00a0 You\u2019ll minimize calories and maximize fun!\u00a0 Dancing is a great at-home activity too.\u00a0 Move to the beat of your favorite CD in the warmth of your living room.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nBe consistent with your activity routine<\/strong>.\u00a0 Consider waking up a little early to be active, so a chaotic day doesn\u2019t alter your plans.
