New Year&#8217;s is the perfect time \tto take up a new hobby or join a class at the gym. Consider ballroom \tdance, <a title=\"yoga\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/category\/yoga\/\" target=\"_self\">yoga<\/a>, or cooking classes. A new activity will keep some \texcitement in your life and may be a way to be around more people. \tOr add some freshness to your life by redecorating and beautifying \tyour environment.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"#000000;\"><strong>Rehydrate<\/strong>. The winter air is more dry and \tyou may have indulged in more soda, punch, and other libations than \twater during your celebrations. Even mild dehydration will slow your \tmetabolism as much as three percent and result in a 20 percent decrease in physical \tperformance. Lack of water is the number one trigger of daytime fatigue and \tresearch indicates that 8-10 glasses of water each day could \tsignificantly ease back and joint pain for up to 80 percent of sufferers. \tLess pain, more energy, and better focus directly fight depression. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"#000000;\"><strong>Organize<\/strong>.
