Not only is sex vital to the survival of the human species but <em>good<\/em> sex is vital to\u00a0the mental health of most\u00a0everyone. That&#8217;s not to say that\u00a0a lack of sex is bad, because abstinence can be a fabulous thing but<em> bad <\/em>sex- that&#8217;s\u00a0just no fun for anyone. This is why I&#8217;m here to tell you that regardless of how old you are or what stage of a relationship you are in, physical fitness is the ultimate catalyst for a healthy sex life. It sounds like a no-brainer, but exercise does more than make you hot and sculpted (although that&#8217;s probably plenty to up the ante a bit!) By nurturing your physical fitness you will experience:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Increased stamina<\/strong> If you can huff and puff your way to the finish line of\u00a0 a\u00a0<strong><a title=\"marathon\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/videos\/how-to-run-a-marathon\/\" target=\"_self\">marathon<\/a><\/strong> then it becomes that much easier to do the same in\u00a0your sex life!\u00a0The stamina you build during your workouts <em>will<\/em> directly follow you into the bedroom.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Increased flexibility and coordination <\/strong>I can&#8217;t be the only one who is baffled by some of the positions in the Kama Sutra! Seriously though,\u00a0you don&#8217;t have to be an acrobat to benefit from increased <strong><a title=\"flexibility\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/05\/top-ten-reasons-why-i-should-stretch\/\" target=\"_self\">flexibility<\/a><\/strong> and coordination. Physical fitness can turn a mechanical and simple biological process into a unified fit of passion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Improved confidence and a better understanding of your own body <\/strong>A well-established exercise routine will nurture your self-confidence and your self-worth. In turn, you won&#8217;t be shy or understated in the bedroom but instead, you will begin to <em>own<\/em> your sex life. Both you and your partner will notice a difference if you are comfortable\u00a0with and aware of your body. Being physically fit serves as a constant reminder to yourself that you are healthy and sexy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Increased sex-drive <\/strong>Exercise may actually increase your sex-drive because it provides you with bursts of\u00a0mood-boosting and stress-busting hormones. Stress is a huge factor in the lives of people who experience a drop in their sex-drive.<\/p>\n<p>Like I said, the correlation between physical fitness and your sex life is no joke. This <strong><a title=\"Healthy Valentine's Day Dinner\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/02\/a-healthy-valentines-day-dinner-for-your-sweetie\/\" target=\"_self\">Valentine&#8217;s Day<\/a><\/strong>, instead of buying expensive lingerie and even more expensive aphrodisiacs maybe it would be better to spend some time <strong><a title=\"Couples Who Work Out Together Have More Sex\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/10\/couples-who-exercise-together-have-more-sex\/\" target=\"_self\">working out with your partner<\/a><\/strong>. Although I&#8217;m sure a glass of wine and a couple pieces of <strong><a title=\"Dark Chocolate is a Healthy Snack\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/04\/dark-chocolate-is-a-healthy-snack\/\" target=\"_self\">chocolate<\/a><\/strong> won&#8217;t hurt much!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>There&#8217;s really no delicate way to approach this subject.
