Every &#8220;body&#8221; is different which requires you to find something that works specifically for you. Your best friend may have just found the answer to his or her fitness dreams, but that answer may not work for you. My advice is to try as many things as you possibly can and figure out which of those allows you to find the results you&#8217;ve always wanted.<\/p>\n<p>Obviously, a <strong><a title=\"low fat diet\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diets\/Low-Fat-Diet\/\" target=\"_self\">low fat\u00a0diet<\/a><\/strong> and consistent exercise are the two main ingredients that go into the fitness equation, but there is so much more detail that falls into that equation as well. Staying active throughout the day is vital. <strong><a title=\"sitting dangerous for your health\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/03\/sitting-can-be-dangerous-to-your-health\/\" target=\"_self\">Staying on your feet<\/a><\/strong> and being active throughout the day will help keep the body an efficient calorie burning\u00a0machine.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Another big ingredient is motivation. <strong><a title=\"motivation\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/06\/money-used-to-motivate-weight-loss\/\" target=\"_self\">Motivation<\/a><\/strong> is absolutely huge and without it, you will fall short every time. Remember that instant gratification, which is human nature, is\u00a0a term that is forbidden in the workout world. Results take time and motivation allows that time to\u00a0take place.\u00a0You didn&#8217;t put those extra pounds on over night, so they\u00a0definitely won&#8217;t come off over night. With that being said, check out\u00a0a sample routine below\u00a0that has helped several people that I know find the body of their dreams!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dream Body Bound Workout:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cardiovascular Training (45-60 minutes per day):<\/p>\n<p>The goal is to keep your heart rate around 70% to 90% of your heart rate max.<\/p>\n<p>220 &#8211; (age) = HR max<\/p>\n<p>.7 x (HR max) = target heart rate, or<\/p>\n<p>.9 x (HR max) = target heart rate<\/p>\n<p>Weight Training Routine: 15 to 20\u00a0repetitions of each exercise at a moderate weight<\/p>\n<p><script src=\"http:\/\/www.physicalfitnet.com\/video_syndication\/embed\/js.aspx?chid=7186&amp;pid=7CD58ACC584612579209C593BF6B6F47\" type=\"text\/javascript\"><\/script><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>There is a great deal of hard work that goes into having the body of your dreams.
