I&#8217;ve seen so many people struggle with the ups and downs of\u00a0weight loss over the years. Watching weight is a never ending battle due to the fact that body weight fluctuates so much. I weigh 170 pounds and\u00a0I\u00a0can gain or lose <\/span><span style=\"Verdana;\">five to six<\/span><span style=\"Verdana;\"> pounds in a day\u2019s time. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"Verdana;\">I\u00a0strongly believe that focusing on how you feel and\u00a0INCHES lost is a much more successful and motivating way to track your progress. <\/span><!--more--><span style=\"Verdana;\">I&#8217;ve seen so many people\u00a0work so hard and\u00a0then look at the scale and then totally give it\u00a0all up. Most people often lose inches, but either stay the same\u00a0or even gain weight. This is\u00a0due to the fact that muscle weighs more than fat and trimming the body will add lean muscle mass, thus\u00a0focusing on inches lost gives you a way to actually track your success.\u00a0 So, drop the\u00a0scale and focus on <\/span><span style=\"Verdana;\">waist size not weight size<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"Verdana;\">It is recommended that your waist size should be no more that half\u00a0your height. For example, a five foot female (60 inches) should have a waist size of no more than 30 inches.
