The type of workout you need really depends on the goal you have in mind. If you&#8217;re wanting to lose weight, then you need one that is more <a title=\"cardio\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/tag\/cardio\/\" target=\"_self\">cardio<\/a> based and the same concept for gaining weight, one that is more heavy\u00a0weight lifting based.<\/p>\n<p>Today, I am going to focus on an upper body push-pull\u00a0workout that leaves the body feeling exhausted, pumped, and evened out.
