Do they lift hard or\u00a0do they skip workouts during the season? Well,\u00a0Terrell Owens, a wide receiver for the Dallas Cowboys, is a firm believer in discipline and making\u00a0working out a priority in his life regardless\u00a0of\u00a0whether his team is in-season or not. Terrell was traded to <\/span><span style=\"Verdana;\">Dallas<\/span><span style=\"Verdana;\"> from the Philadelphia Eagles a few years ago and has\u00a0made a significant impact\u00a0on the team\u2019s success.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"Verdana;\">Terrell believes that success all comes down to three things: eating right, <a title=\"sleep \" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/09\/importance-of-sleep-for-good-health\/\" target=\"_self\">sleeping right<\/a>, and maintaining\u00a0healthy workouts. Low carb, high protein meals and six to eight hours of sleep each night are\u00a0a few of the\u00a0keys to his success. <\/span><!--more--><span style=\"Verdana;\">He\u00a0is also big on changing the workout routine to eliminate boredom. Mr.\u00a0T.O.\u00a0lifts\u00a0hard and heavy\u00a0during the off season and\u00a0somewhat light during\u00a0the season to help\u00a0maintain his size and endurance. He uses\u00a0bands and <a title=\"dumbbells\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/12\/free-weights-vs-machine-weights\/\" target=\"_self\">dumbbells<\/a> for most of his in-season workouts. He modifies each of the lifts to fit his body and to give each muscle a different\u00a0range of motion. Below are a few of the exercises T.O. does during the season!!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"Verdana;\">Try performing two or three sets of twenty for each exercise below:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"Verdana;\">Band front raise, side raise, shoulder press, curl, and extension.
