Blue Cross and Blue Shield has announced its annual National Walk @ Lunch Day event- encouraging people across the country to leave their cubes, desks and drawn-out meetings that leave you sitting and stationary for hours on end, to enjoy a walk with co-workers.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Physical activity is vital to the well-being of all Americans.
