They&#8217;re super easy to make and taste fantastic- and you won&#8217;t jeopardize all the hard work she&#8217;s put into her diet.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/05\/istock_000003184671xsmall.jpg\" title=\"Low Carb Waffles\" alt=\"Low Carb Waffles\" align=\"middle\" height=\"176\" width=\"266\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 large eggs, separated<\/li>\n<li>4 Tbs. butter<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup oat flour<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 cup sour cream<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp. vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp. salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Beat the egg whites with an electric mixer until they form soft peaks<br \/>\n2. Set aside<br \/>\n3. In another bowl, cream the butter until fluffy and beat in the egg yolks one at a time<br \/>\n4. Add the oat flour and sour cream and mix well<br \/>\n5. Add a little water, if needed, to reach desired consistency<br \/>\n6. Stir in the vanilla and salt<br \/>\n7. Fold in the egg whites<br \/>\n8. Bake in a preheated waffle iron<br \/>\n9.
