From <strong><a title=\"two day diet pills\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diets\/2-day-diet-pill\/\">two-day diet pills<\/a><\/strong> to <strong><a title=\"24 hour diet\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diets\/24-hour-diet\/\">24-hour diets<\/a><\/strong>, people are constantly searching for quick fixes to aid their weight loss efforts.<\/p>\n<p>With summer <strong><a title=\"swimsuit diet secrets\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/01\/supermodel-marisa-miller-shares-her-swimsuit-secrets\/\" target=\"_blank\">swimsuit season<\/a><\/strong> fast-approaching, Dr. Mehmet Oz<strong><\/strong>,\u00a0 a cardiothoracic surgeon and host of the daily medical talk show, The Dr. Oz Show, has presented a new way for people to drop pounds: with African Mango extract.<\/p>\n<p>According to <strong><a title=\"Diet Pills on Dr. Oz\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/03\/combo-diet-pills-on-dr-oz\/\">Dr. Oz<\/a><\/strong>, African Mango extract comes from a mango fruit that is grown naturally in African rainforests.\u00a0 African Mango, which is said to be one of the only weight management agents found in nature, is also rumored to have properties that help regulate cholesterol.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a title=\"African Mango Extract\" href=\"http:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/story\/0,2933,510306,00.html\" target=\"_blank\">FoxNews.com<\/a> recently reported on a study at the University of Yaounde in Cameroon that randomly assigned 102 overweight adults an African Mango Extract or a placebo.\u00a0 The study participants did not follow a special diet and exercised as normal. By the end of the study, the extract group had lost a significant amount of weight while the placebo group showed almost no change.<\/p>\n<p>While the study is the first clinical trial to test the effectiveness of African Mango as a weight loss tool, some experts, including Dr. Oz, have endorsed its health benefits.
