This lets the body absorb them quickly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fresh juice is energizing. <\/strong>&#8220;When we cook the plants, even lightly steaming vegetables, we lose nutrients,&#8221; said Calbon. &#8220;But we need plenty of them for good cellular health.
