\"\"<\/a>Ever dined in Rockefeller Center? Ever dined in a cranberry bog in Rockefeller Center? Seems crazy, but will be a reality for a few select guests this month.<\/p>\n

Ocean Spray is hosting a limited invite event on October 18. The 30 guests lucky enough to attend \u201cThe Cranberry Mix & MINGle\u201d will dine in a pop-up restaurant inside the makeshift bog. Attendees will be treated to creations from the famed Chef Ming Tsai<\/a><\/strong>. The foods and drinks will all be cranberry inspired and infused. From Ming\u2019s cranberry \u201cmocktails\u201d to savory dishes, the coveted seats will be well fed.<\/p>\n

Ocean Spray hosted a Facebook<\/a><\/strong> recipe contest to win tickets to the event. Contestants were to submit cranberry themed recipes<\/a><\/strong> for a chance to win a cranberry themed trip to New York City.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Those who are lucky enough to attend will dine in a the 1,200 square foot bog full of 2,000 pounds of cranberries. The event will also include an interactive interview with Chef Ming and chances to meet third, fourth, and fifth generation cranberry growers. The characters from the well-known Ocean Spray commercials will also be in attendance along with actor and Brooklyn resident Henry Strozier.<\/p>\n

Chef Ming will also host a question and answer session during the October 18 event via Twitter. Fans can ask questions with the hashtag #askMing. Fans can also ask questions ahead of time through the \u201cAsk Ming\u201d tab on the Ocean Spray Facebook page<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

We already knew that cranberries were fantastic for our health, but who knew they could be so elite and exciting. Those who are fortunate enough to attend are sure to have an unforgettable time.<\/p>\n
