This week Alison starts the teams off in the mud with a pop challenge. Winning this challenge allows you to pick your trainer. <!--more--><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/12\/biggest-loser-7-tara-costa\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-6035\" title=\"tara-costa-biggest-loser-challenge\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/02\/tara-costa-biggest-loser-challenge.jpg\" alt=\"tara costa\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a>Anything after that means a coin toss will determine your team color and last place could\u00a0split\u00a0you from your trainer and\u00a0partner. <a title=\"Tara Costa\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/12\/biggest-loser-7-tara-costa\/\" target=\"_self\">Tara<\/a> wins giving her the opportunity to pick her trainer. With a steady 100 points, <a title=\"Kristin Steede\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/12\/biggest-loser-7-kristin-steede\/\" target=\"_self\">Kristin<\/a> takes the lead and leaves Helen for last place. <a title=\"Jillian Michaels\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diets\/Jillian_Michaels\/\" target=\"_self\">Jillian<\/a>&#8216;s new black team consists of Tara, Laura, Sione, Filipe, Helen, and Mike, who was separated from his father. <a title=\"Bob Harper\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diets\/Bob_Harper\/\" target=\"_self\">Bob&#8217;s<\/a> new blue team includes Kristin, Cathy, Mandi, Aubrey and Ron.<br \/>\nThe first blue vs. black challenge was one for the <a title=\"Biggest Loser\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/category\/biggest-loser-season-7\/\" target=\"_self\">Biggest Loser<\/a> record books. It is the longest challenge on Biggest Loser to date,\u00a0 with the contestants biking for 24 continuous hours.
