After my initial resistance to the first book, I dug right in and tore through the entire trilogy. I guess that makes me a Hunger Games addict. Guilty as charged.<a title=\"jennnifer lawrence\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/03\/get-a-jennifer\u2026-movie-release\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-65922\" title=\"Jennifer-Lawrence\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/Jennifer-Lawrence-200x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/Jennifer-Lawrence-200x300.jpg 200w, https:\/\/dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/Jennifer-Lawrence.jpg 332w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Like most Hunger Games fans, I&#8217;m eagerly awaiting the release of the first movie later this month. And besides camping out at the premiere and cooking up this collection of delicious and\u00a0<strong><a title=\"Hunger Games Inspired Recipes\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/03\/healthy-recipes-inspired-by-the-hunger-games\/\">healthy Hunger Games recipes<\/a><\/strong> inspired by the series, I also plan to put on my best Katniss Everdeen impression by doing some hardcore training leading up to the big release.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Jennifer Lawrence, who plays Katniss in the film, didn&#8217;t place much focus on her diet to get in shape for her action-packed role, but rather on her fitness regimen. Since Katniss was an archery goddess, we, like Jennifer, know that buff arms are a must. Then comes a strong back to quickly draw our bow. Swift legs for sprinting are a given. And last but not least?
