And why wouldn&#8217;t we? It&#8217;s colorful, flavorful, and down right fun. In a world that could always use one more excuse to celebrate, we say why not!<\/p>\n<p>Typically, Cinco de Mayo is a veritable smorgasbord of all-things-cheese-coasted with endless chips, salsa, and margaritas. Hopefully, you&#8217;re all waiting until it&#8217;s at least 5 o&#8217;clock somewhere to dig in! This year, being that Cinco de Mayo falls on a Saturday, we think you should start the party early with a Mexican-themed brunch. We hand squeeze, but if you have a juicer you can use this too. Fresh squeezed juice tastes better, of course, but if you need to buy juice go ahead.<\/p>\n<p>In each of two champagne glasses, add juice of 1\/2 a grapefruit, 1\/4 a lime, and about a tablespoon (or splash) of orange juice.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"cinco de mayo brunch mimosas\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/05\/grapefruit-and-lime-mimosas-complement-a-cinco-de-mayo-brunch-fiesta\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-70317\" title=\"cinco de mayo brunch\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/cinco-de-mayo-brunch.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"299\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/cinco-de-mayo-brunch.jpg 450w, https:\/\/dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/cinco-de-mayo-brunch-300x199.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Then, carefully pop the cork from your champagne and pour over the juice until the glass is full.
