You can guess the answer to this is usually NO!!<\/p>\n<p>Personally, I travel at least twice a month and I use these two following stretches all of the time to open my <strong><a title=\"yoga for hips\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/12\/yoga-hip-openers-for-winter-athletes\/\">tight hips<\/a><\/strong> and lengthen my hamstrings after hours of sitting.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s important to remember <strong><a title=\"sitting dangers\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/03\/sitting-can-be-dangerous-to-your-health\/\">excessive amounts of sitting<\/a><\/strong> may cause lower back pain from shortened hip flexors that can pull the pelvis forward resulting in discomfort. Hook the towel around the foot and pull your leg toward the chest. Reach the arms forwards as you pivot the torso from the hips over the legs.
