We found these fun little patriotic molds at a local craft store for a dollar or two. But of course, if you can&#8217;t find anything like this, regular ice molds will yield a similar result.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/07\/triple-berry-sparklers-are-the-perfect-cool-down-this-4th-of-july\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-74373\" title=\"triple-berry-ice-cubes\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/triple-berry-ice-cubes.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"375\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/triple-berry-ice-cubes.jpg 350w, https:\/\/dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/triple-berry-ice-cubes-280x300.jpg 280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 350px) 100vw, 350px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The ice cubes are incredibly healthy as they&#8217;re simply pureed berries. We chose a mix of raspberries, blackberries and strawberries. We chose the plain flavor, but opt for their lemon, lime or even pamplemousse rose that&#8217;s a grapefruit-infused version.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/07\/triple-berry-sparklers-are-the-perfect-cool-down-this-4th-of-july\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-74378\" title=\"triple-berry-sparklers1\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/triple-berry-sparklers1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"275\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/triple-berry-sparklers1.jpg 275w, https:\/\/dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/triple-berry-sparklers1-206x300.jpg 206w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 275px) 100vw, 275px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><a title=\"triple berry sparklers recipe\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/recipes\/triple-berry-sparklers\/\">Triple Berry Sparklers<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\n<em>serves 4<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><br \/>\n2.5-3 cups mixed berries (we used Driscoll&#8217;s strawberries, raspberries and blackberries)<br \/>\nOne bottle Perrier Mineral Water, any flavor<br \/>\nSweetener (such as simple syrup or Truvia) is optional<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong> | Blend the fresh berries until well pureed and then pour into ice cube molds. Freeze at least a few hours if not overnight, and then pop out into glasses and top with chilled Perrier. Sweeten if desired &#8211; we left ours plain. The fizziness of the Perrier paired with the sweet berry ice cubes was perfect. These &#8216;sparklers&#8217; are a little less sweet than some may prefer, so subbing in a lemon-lime soda or adding a little \u00a0simple syrup\u00a0would be a great option for sweetening them up.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/07\/triple-berry-sparklers-are-the-perfect-cool-down-this-4th-of-july\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-74374\" title=\"triple-berry-sparklers-2\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/triple-berry-sparklers-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"275\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/triple-berry-sparklers-2.jpg 275w, https:\/\/dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/triple-berry-sparklers-2-206x300.jpg 206w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 275px) 100vw, 275px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>And for just 32 calories and 5 grams of sugar per glass, you can have two or three servings without an ounce of guilt!<\/p>\n<p>Put your own twist on this recipe by adding a splash of alcohol for a festive cocktail, or using soda or fruit juice &#8211; like apple &#8211; for a more kid-friendly version.
