{"id":809,"date":"2008-07-28T11:00:18","date_gmt":"2008-07-28T16:00:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/07\/making-healthier-choices-when-dining-out\/"},"modified":"2009-10-16T13:57:07","modified_gmt":"2009-10-16T18:57:07","slug":"making-healthier-choices-when-dining-out","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/07\/making-healthier-choices-when-dining-out\/","title":{"rendered":"Making Healthier Choices When Dining Out"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a title=\"dining\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/07\/making-healthier-choices-when-dining-out\/\" target=\"_self\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-13187\" title=\"dining\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/07\/dining.jpg\" alt=\"dining\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a>It is very obvious that we are a society of convenience and many of us have developed the habit of eating out on a regular basis.\u00a0 Whether it is grabbing lunch at the nearest fast food joint or taking the family out to eat after a long day of work, we eat out a lot.\u00a0 It may not be realistic to think you can completely avoid dining out all together, but I do recommend minimizing the number of times you eat out during the week.\u00a0 Since it is unrealistic to think you will completely do a 180 with dining out, I would like to provide you with a few tips to doing it in a healthier manner.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Avoid fried food<\/strong>.
