I have put together a 10 week series that consists of different workouts each week, new fitness tips, and a\u00a0fitness quote of the week. Each week&#8217;s workout is designed to be performed three days a week followed by 30-60 minutes of cardio. I recommend doing <a title=\"top cardio exercises\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/06\/top-10-cardio-exercises\/\" target=\"_self\">cardio<\/a> five days a week though.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wedding Season\u00a0Week 1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;A person too busy to take care of their health is like a mechanic too busy to take care of his tools.&#8221; (Spanish Proverb)<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Tip: Try to stay away from <a title=\"healthy packaged food\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/05\/125-packaged-foods-that-wont-wreck-your-diet\/\" target=\"_self\">processed foods<\/a> as much as you can. Processed foods are foods that have been altered from their natural state and can lead to certain health risks.
