Children have been asking for years, so why don&#8217;t we listen?<\/p>\n<p>This year, fill the jack-o-lantern pails with a treat that&#8217;s good for them and that they&#8217;ll actually enjoy eating. Yeah, we think kids should have more fruits and vegetables too. Their healthier versions of the most popular candies, like M&amp;Ms and Reese&#8217;s, use only natural ingredients and have no corn syrup, preservatives, GMOs, or artificial colors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What&#8217;s In It<\/strong>: Nothing too weird. The Chocolate Candy Shell Peanuts has milk chocolate, blue agave, cane sugar, and things like beetroot and purple cabbage for dye.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Numbers<\/strong>: A 42-gram serving of the peanut &#8220;M&amp;M&#8217;s&#8221; has 200 calories and 16 grams of sugar.
