I keep things simple, giving beginners confidence to\u00a0start their fitness journeys. I keep it real, working in the real world and dealing with\u00a0the challenges that real women face trying to get fit. I can <strong><a title=\"beautiful backside\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/10\/saturday-morning-drill-beautiful-backside\/\">lift a backside<\/a><\/strong> better than anyone in town.<\/p>\n<p>I often get compliments from clients (and their husbands) on <strong><a title=\"brazilian butt lift\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diets\/brazil-butt-lift\/\">the lift<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>they\u2019ve been\u00a0given in their backsides since working with me. I can see it in their progress\u00a0pictures, too. Where there was once flatness there is now curves. Where there was\u00a0sagging there is now shape. It\u2019s only 5 minutes so no rest! Warm up before with some light\u00a0calisthenics like jogging in place or jumping jacks. When you are done make sure to\u00a0stretch out those glutes.<\/p>\n<p>Don&#8217;t forget: To rock your jeans through the fall and into winter you must eat clean\u00a0as well!
