They sit there and watch hours upon hours until it is time for bed. What about hitting a quick couple of exercises during the commercials? What&#8217;s wrong with that? Even a few minutes at a time is better than zero physical activity whatsoever.\u00a0 So, I have put together a list of simple\u00a0<a title=\"fitness\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/category\/fitness\" target=\"_self\">exercises<\/a> that you can do to\u00a0get that blood flowing during those\u00a0long dreaded commercials.
